Basketball

First Presbyterian Church joyfully participates in children, youth and adult basketball through the Wade Hampton Church Basketball League.

In years past we have had a number of teams based on the numbers of registrations we have for various age groups and genders. We plan to do the same for the 2023-2024 season.  Please read through the information on this page to learn more and register your child(ren) for the upcoming season.

Registration is now open for the coming season.  Please follow the steps below to register yourself or your child(ren). 

Player Information

  1. Read the Player and Parent Code of Conduct
  2. Complete the Medical Release Form. This can be given to your child’s coach on the first day of practice or turned in to the church office.
  3. Complete registration form by October 22, 2023. 
  4. Pay a participation fee of $40 for members and $45 for non-members. This can be paid through the church’s giving website, by logging in and choosing “Athletics/Basketball” or with cash, check or credit card at the church.
