As a part of a local church league association, First Presbyterian Church honors God through sportsmanship, fellowship and play. With teams ranging from K4 to adults, there are lots of opportunities for you to get involved. Games are held at various churches in the Greer area and begin in the late fall.Â

Book Club
The book club meets around the fireplace in Kirk Hall the first Tuesday of each month from September through May and/or June. Members, both from our church and from our community, vote on a selection of fiction and non-fiction to read and discuss in an informal way. They regularly read at least one local or regional author who comes in to meet with them. They have traveled as a group to Lake Lure, Georgetown and even New Orleans! Everyone is welcome! Contact Jenny Munro for more information.
Congregational Fellowship Events
Intergenerational fellowship events are held regularly. These events are an opportunity for our congregation to come together and build community. More often than not these events are simply planned around having fellowship only, but will also some times have a faith formation or mission focus.Â

Fellowship Groups
Spending time with one another is just one way that we can see God working in our lives. There are several Fellowship Groups that meet regularly to laugh, play and break bread together. These groups rotate their meeting places and times, and are often in the homes of one of the particular group’s members. Each fellowship group has a several individuals to contact for more information and often these contacts change, if you’d like to know more contact the church office and we will work to put you in touch with the right person(s).
