Join us for Holy Week: Maundy Thursday Worship on April 2 at 7:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall, and Easter Sunday on April 5 with worship at 8:55 AM and 11:00 AM in the Sanctuary, plus a Potluck Breakfast at 10:00 AM.
Each year as Christmas approaches First Presbyterian Church generously serve our community by donating requested items to Greer Relief’s Christmas Morning Shoppe and to Thornwell’s Foster Families. The Angel Tree is set up in the fellowship hall from the Mid-November until early December with ornaments giving details on requested items.
This year all donated items should be returned to the Fellowship Hall by November 30, 2025.
This year the church has been given Christmas Wish Lists for ten children in foster care through Thornwell. The lists have been split up and requested items can be found on the Angel Tree on ornaments shaped like gifts. These ornaments should be attached to unwrapped gifts and returned to the fellowship hall. Gifts can be placed in a a box with the child’s initials on it.
Greer Relief holds a Christmas Morning Shoppe annual to support families participating in their programming. These families are able to pick out items from the shoppe to give to their children for Christmas.
Items for Greer Relief can be any gift appropriate for an infant through teenaged child and/or gift wrapping supplies. Items should be dropped of at the church and should be unwrapped.
